The core department is equipped with ten automatic machines capable of satisfying almost entirely the internal requirement, The manufacturing process of the cores is carried out using a new ISOSET cold box method. Such a method allows the core moulding to be done by using low content resin mixtures to the benefit of the inner surface of the castings. The cores are then water lacquered and furnace dried according to their use.
