It disposes of an automatic moulding plant with flasks of dimensions 600x700x200+200 mm, with hourly production rate of 200 flasks.
Moulding sand is regularly checked with an automatic system (HARTLEY) which measures all the parameters and characteristics of the sand (including compactability and green strength) providing adjustment with feedback system.
